You will be asked to provide your contact information and booth details on the next screen. Please indicate in the “order notes” section on the checkout page a description of your booth and products offered (please limit to 3 products). All applications are subject to management approval to limit duplicate product lines and overbooking of direct sales (i.e. – Scentsy).

2023 Vendor’s Market Dates
10/7/23 – Open
This is the last vendor’s market for 2023. Stay tuned for 2024 dates.
Sign up is done on a monthly basis. Spaces are reserved on a first come/first serve basis. Your application and payment reserve your space. No application will be considered complete unless payment is received.
NOTE: If you require more than one space, please change the quantity on the checkout screen to reflect the number of spaces you would like.
By signing up and paying for the Fredericktown Vendor’s Market you agree to the following
Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver
You are responsible for your goods and what you sell. You are responsible for your own set up and any cords required for electric hook up. By submitting your application & payment, you acknowledge that you are responsible if someone has a reaction or gets hurt from your products or your booth. The Fredericktown Community Development Foundation is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or anything to your property. Vendors are responsible for carrying their own insurance for themselves and their products.
Events will be outdoors rain or shine.
BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: 2 weeks prior to the event
MARKET HOURS: 10 AM – 3 PM. All Vendors must be set in their booth by 9:30 AM.
NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. EARLY TEAR DOWN IN PROHIBITED.
