The Fredericktown Community Development Foundation will be hosting several Vendor’s Markets this year. They will be held on the dates listed below.

Please use the form below to register for the Fredericktown Vendor’s Market. Your application is subject to approval by management. You will be notified that your application has been accepted and your booth space has been reserved by Market Management. Please read the Liability Waiver and Information below this form prior to submission. By submitting application and payment, you agree to the terms listed below.

Please include a detailed description of the products that you will be offering during the event. Management reserves the right to refuse any application due to duplicate product lines or duplicate direct sales reps (i.e. Scentsy).

The April Market is free with the purchase of a booth at another Market date. Please be sure to select the April date if you are planning to attend so that we can reserve your space.

By signing this document, you acknowledge that you are responsible if someone has a reaction or gets hurt from your products or your booth. The Fredericktown Community Development Foundation is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or anything to your property. Vendors are responsible for carrying their own insurance for themselves and their products. Events will be outdoors rain or shine.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: 2 weeks prior to the event Early tear down is prohibited.

BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: 1 week prior to the event

MARKET HOURS: 10 AM – 3 PM. All Vendors must be set in their booth by 9:30 AM.
NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. EARLY TEAR DOWN IN PROHIBITED.
